Websites for SMEs

Your work is better

Whoever googles you decides in a few seconds. We build the site that wins that moment. And you see it before you decide.

Where it goes wrong

What your customer sees today.

Your customer googles. You are not in the results.

Three competitors are, with photos and reviews. Your customer calls one of them. That is how you lose work without noticing.

You get better every year. Your website does not.

Your latest project looks better than your site. And that site is what your customer sees first.

Whoever does find you sees an old site. And still picks the competitor.

People who don’t know you judge your website, not your craft. A site from 2011 says: nothing has happened here for a long time.

Not because you are bad at what you do. Because nobody had time for it. We fix that.

What it comes down to

Your site has one job.

Make sure the right people find you, trust you and get in touch. Everything else is decoration.

Your customer finds you.

Anyone searching in your region should come across you. On Google, and today also in ChatGPT.

  • A fast site with copy that ranks for what your customer types.
  • Your Google profile and your reviews in order too.
  • ChatGPT understands what you do as well.

They get it in five seconds.

What you do, where you work, for whom. If that is not there right away, they are gone.

  • Most people open your site on their phone. We build for that screen first.
  • What you do, where and for whom sits at the top, at a glance.

They believe you.

Your best work up front. Your reviews visible. Proof right where the doubt is.

  • Strong photos of your work up front. No photos? On request we arrange a photo shoot and everything around it, charged separately.
  • After every project we collect your review. Visible on your site and on Google.

They get in touch easily.

Call, message or ask for a price: one tap, always within reach.

  • Your customer should never have to search for how to reach you. Calling, messaging or booking is one tap away everywhere.
  • Already using a calendar or booking system? Then it gets a place on your new site; a connection with more complex software we agree in advance.
  • Every request lands with you immediately.

At each of those four moments your site wins or loses a customer. We get all four right.

How we work

You talk. We build.

Before your first call we already build a first version of your site. See first, then decide.

30 min

The call: your new site is already waiting.

We turn the order around: no paying first and hoping it works out. Before you even join the call, we have built a working first version of your new site, completely free of charge. You open it during the call and see right away what to expect from us. Only when you are happy with what you see do we continue.

No good feeling after the call? Then it ends there.

A tradesman at his kitchen table in a video call with SpaceBitz; on the screen a working first version of his site.

Not quite what you had in mind? We revise that first version twice, and that is included in the price.

Live in 10 working days

As you want it. And live.

The site is as you want it and goes live. In a half-hour handover call we go through everything together one last time. We transfer your existing web address and, if you like, we contact your current provider ourselves. Copy, photos, prices or opening hours changed? Live within 24 hours on working days.

A handshake between the tradesman and SpaceBitz in front of his renovated home: the site is live.

Ready to hand it over?

One fixed price, up front. And your site simply becomes yours.

Jurgen, Miguel & Lars

Who is behind it.

All three of us already ran our own business. We started this for one reason: it is the work we most like doing ourselves. You put your time into what you do best and we do the same.

Portrait of Jurgen.

Systems and e-commerce

Jurgen

Built up his own garden web shop, Doika.be, now active in seven countries. Knows from experience how a website brings in customers, and built the system we use to follow up on every project.

Portrait of Miguel.

Sales and growth

Miguel

Helped build a market leader as commercial lead, so he knows why customers choose one business over another. Has also built CRM systems, landing pages and software himself. He makes sure your site is not just beautiful, but convincing.

Portrait of Lars.

Design and build

Lars

Has built sites for everything from hair salons to hotels, from Belgium to Portugal. Follows your site from the first version to launch and keeps a close eye on every agreement. His bar: live within ten working days.

Everyone has their trade. This one is ours.

Next step

Good questions, honest answers.

Almost everyone asks these before booking a call.

What does a website cost with you?

The price is fixed before we start. No hourly rates and no surprises afterwards. We work with one package, Standard: a complete website with all the pages your business needs (guideline: 8). Larger automations we work out for you separately. After the first call you get your price in writing.

Do I have to pay everything up front?

No. The first version you see in the call is completely free. If you go ahead, you pay a deposit and the rest only when your site is finished and you have approved it, just before it goes live. So you never pay everything for something you have not seen yet.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. You pay for your site in 12 equal monthly amounts, without surcharge or interest, plus your plan, for example Basic SEO and AI or Website management. After that you only pay for your plan, cancellable monthly. Your site is yours after the last monthly amount. You can always pay the rest early.

Am I tied to anything after the call?

No, to nothing. The call is free. Better still: during that call you already see a first version of your own site. If it does not convince you, it ends there and you are half an hour wiser. No pushing afterwards. If you do sign, you can still cancel free of charge within 2 working days. Your plan can be cancelled monthly; if you pay in instalments, after the 12 months.

How fast is my site live and how much of my time does it take?

Our aim: live within 10 working days after your first payment, your logo and your access details are in. If we miss that through our own fault, your project gets priority and you hear every working day how far it has got. You spend about an hour on it in total: one video call in which you tell us about your business. If you go ahead, we schedule the handover in that same call. We do all the rest, from copy and photos to the technology. We also transfer your existing web address; if needed, we contact your current provider ourselves.

I already have a website.

Most of our clients already had one too. In the call we look at it together: do you get found, does it give the right impression and do visitors actually get in touch? Sometimes a few tweaks are enough. Often new is faster and cheaper than patching up old. We tell you honestly, even if that means you do not need us.

I have no good photos of my work.

Then we start with what is already there: photos from your current site, your social media, your reviews. If we find nothing usable, we source suitable images ourselves. If you want real photos of your business, we schedule a photo shoot at your request; it is charged separately and never happens unless you ask for it. Bad photos are a reason to start, not to wait.

Will I also be found through ChatGPT?

More and more people ask ChatGPT directly instead of googling. That is why we build your site so it can read and recommend it easily. Nobody can promise a top spot. Anyone who does, you should distrust. But your site is technically ready for it from day one.

Do I own the website?

Your domain is always in your name. Your site is yours once it has been paid for: the texts, the images we made for you, the design and the code. You may take them to another party.

And if I want to change something afterwards?

Then you email us. With a plan, copy, photos, prices or opening hours are live within 24 hours on working days, and hosting and maintenance simply continue: nothing for you to worry about. If something comes up regularly, like a new review or photos of a finished project, you can outsource that to us. With Basic SEO and AI we then work on your findability in Google and ChatGPT every month. Your plan can be cancelled monthly; if you pay in instalments, after the 12 months.

Privacy policy

Version 1 · in effect since 10 October 2026

What this is about

This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit spacebitz.com, email us, book a call or become a client. It also explains why we do so and what you can change about it.

Who we are

SpaceBitz Consultants - FZCO, a free zone company (FZCO) licensed by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (IFZA) under licence no. 93443, registered at Premises 93443-001, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Email: support@spacebitz.com.

We decide why and how this data is processed. In the words of the GDPR, we are the controller. You can reach us at support@spacebitz.com.

Which data, for what and on which basis

We never ask you for more than we need and we sell your data to no one.

How long we keep it

After that we delete it or make it untraceable.

Who we share it with

Only with parties that carry out something for us, and only what is needed for that. They may not use your data for themselves. Today these are:

Beyond that we pass on nothing, unless the law requires us to.

Transfers outside Europe

We are based in the United Arab Emirates and some of our suppliers in the United States. For those transfers we rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, or on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the party concerned is certified for it. You can request a copy of those safeguards from us.

Your rights

You may ask which data we hold about you and receive a copy. You may have it corrected or deleted, have the processing restricted, object to processing based on our legitimate interest and receive your data in a readable file. If you gave consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

One email to support@spacebitz.com is enough. We reply within a month. To make sure we hand the data to the right person, we may ask you to identify yourself.

Security

The site runs over an encrypted connection. Only the people who need the data have access to it. We select our suppliers partly on their security. If something does go wrong, we report it as the law requires.

Automated decisions

We make no decisions about you that are fully automated and that significantly affect you.

Not happy?

Tell us first, and we will sort it out. If you cannot resolve it with us, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority in Belgium, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands, or the supervisory authority of the country where you live.

Changes

If we change this policy, we put the new date at the top. For an important change we notify our clients separately.

Cookie policy

Version 1 · in effect since 10 October 2026

In short

This site sets no cookies of its own. No advertising, no profiles, nothing that follows you across other websites. That is why you get no cookie banner to click away here.

What cookies are

Small files a website places on your device to remember something. Some are needed to make a site work, others serve to track your behaviour.

Visitor statistics without cookies

We count visitors with Plausible. That service sets no cookies, builds no profile of you and does not recognise you on other sites. We only see how many people viewed which page. Your consent is not needed for that.

Our calendar

At the bottom of the page is our own calendar, Planner by SpaceBitz (planner.spacebitz.com), visible straight away. It sets no cookies. In your browser it only remembers whether you chose the month or the week view; that says nothing about you. Its fonts come from Google Fonts. If you book a call, what you fill in goes into a Supabase database in the European Union (Paris region) and you get a confirmation by email. Anyone who books more than three times within the hour may see an extra check by Cloudflare (Turnstile) against abuse.

Rather not use the calendar? Email us at support@spacebitz.com, and we schedule the appointment by hand.

The examples of client work

In our portfolio you can open a client’s site in a window. That site only loads when you open the project, and from that moment that site’s cookies apply, not ours. If you would rather not, simply do not open the project; the image next to it shows you the same thing.

Removing data from your browser

If you also want to clear the month or week choice the calendar remembers, delete the site data in your browser settings. Every browser has a button for that under privacy or data.

Changes

If we ever add a service that does need cookies, we update this policy and ask for your consent first.

Terms and conditions

Version 2 · in effect since 31 October 2026

These terms are the same text as our agreement; your agreement fills in the amounts and your choices.

Parties

SpaceBitz Consultants - FZCO, a free zone company (FZCO) licensed by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (IFZA) under licence no. 93443, registered at Premises 93443-001, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Email: support@spacebitz.com.

Your agreement is made between SpaceBitz (hereinafter also “we”) and your company (hereinafter “you” or “the client”). You enter into it in the course of your business.

In short

This overview is part of the agreement; if it differs from the articles, whatever is most favourable to you applies.

1 · What you get

We design and build your new website (Standard package), with: the pages your business needs, starting from the demo you saw before signing (guideline: 8; more is possible at no extra cost, with a longer term agreed in advance); texts by us; design and development for desktop and smartphone; a call button and a contact form; technical findability (fast pages, a clean structure, data that search engines and AI assistants can read); the connection with your social media and your Google Business Profile, with your reviews on the site; the transfer of your web address; and the go-live. Anything else you agree, such as an extra or an agreement from the intake, is in your agreement.

Not included unless your agreement states it: a web shop, integrations with more complex external systems, an extra language and a photo shoot. Everything else is additional work: we only do it with a price in advance and your approval by email.

2 · What you pay

The price is as in your agreement, excl. VAT. An agreed discount is also in your agreement. VAT is reverse-charged: our invoices do not show it and you account for it in your own VAT return, with your VAT number. If your agreement states a VAT rate, VAT is added on top. Third-party costs, such as your domain name, licences or stock images, are not included.

You pay in one of these ways, as in your agreement:

If you pay in one payment and choose a plan (article 6), you pay for it from go-live automatically by card: it is saved when you pay the balance or the full amount online, otherwise you receive a payment link. You receive an invoice each time; by signing you authorise these charges for as long as the plan runs. If your agreement says you pay by invoice, we charge nothing automatically and you receive the monthly amounts by invoice every month.

Invoices are payable within 14 days; if something is wrong, report it within 14 days. Whichever of us pays late owes the statutory interest for commercial transactions and €40 recovery costs per invoice. If an invoice is still unpaid 14 days after our reminder, we may pause the work until it has been paid.

3 · Live in 10 working days

We do everything we can to put your site live within 10 working days. The clock starts on the first working day after your deposit or your first monthly amount has been received (without a deposit: after you have signed) and we have what only you can give us: your logo, your access details (domain, hosting, Google Business Profile) and the facts about your business. We find texts and images ourselves. The clock stops while we are waiting for you (material, an answer, your approval, a payment) or for another party, such as your previous web developer.

It is a best-efforts commitment, not a guarantee: if we miss the term through our own fault, your project gets priority until it is live and you hear every working day how far it has got.

If there is no response from your side for 30 days, also 14 days after our reminder, we pause and invoice the balance (without a deposit: the full amount); if you pay in instalments, the monthly amounts simply continue. As soon as you cooperate again, we finish the site within 6 months at no extra cost.

4 · Approval and aftercare

In the delivery call we go through the site together. Two correction rounds are included, each with your remarks in one list; after that we keep working until you are satisfied, within what article 1 describes. Please respond to a delivery within 10 working days; if there is still no response 5 working days after our reminder, the site counts as approved.

After your approval and the payment of the balance (without a deposit: the full amount) we put the site live; if you pay in instalments, we put it live once the monthly amounts due have been paid. For 30 days after go-live we fix any error in the build free of charge.

5 · What is yours

Your domain name is in your name and stays yours; we only manage it on your instructions. Once everything has been paid (with payment in instalments: once the last development instalment has been paid, or you paid the rest early), your site is yours: the texts, the images we made for you, the design and the code. You may use, change and take them to another party; until then you may use the site as long as you pay on time.

Our own building blocks, which we also use for other sites, remain ours; you receive a licence without end date to use them for your site. Third-party licences (fonts, stock images) follow their own terms. If we cease our activity, you immediately receive a complete copy of your site and may keep using it. We may show your site in our portfolio and put “website by SpaceBitz” at the bottom; if you would rather not, we won’t.

6 · After go-live

If you choose a plan, it starts at go-live, at the price as in your agreement: Website management, Basic SEO and AI or Intensive SEO and AI. Every plan includes hosting, security, updates, backups and small changes (a text, photo, price, your opening hours, a new project or a change within an existing section), which go online within 24 hours of your message on working days. A new page or section, an integration or new design work falls outside it; for that you receive a price in advance. With Basic SEO and AI and with Intensive SEO and AI we also work every month on your findability in Google and AI assistants, with Intensive SEO and AI including a monthly report and meeting. That is work, not a promised result: nobody can guarantee a position.

The plan runs monthly. Either of us can cancel it by email with one month’s notice, starting on the first of the next month. With payment in instalments the plan is included in your fixed monthly amount for the first 12 months (article 2) and ends at the earliest at the end of the 12th month after signing; after that it runs monthly. If you switch to another provider earlier, you can do so with the same notice; the monthly amounts for the plan up to the end of that 12th month then remain due. The price is fixed for the first 12 months; if it changes after that, you hear so 30 days in advance and may cancel free of charge.

If you stop, you receive your data and what you supplied to us within 10 working days, and a complete copy of your site once the amounts due have been paid; the site stays online until the end of the notice period and we keep the files for 30 more days.

If you choose no plan, at go-live you receive the files and access details, and you take over hosting, security, updates and backups yourself; we help you with that handover. You can always add Website management later. If you pay in instalments without a plan, we host your site at no extra cost until the last development instalment (or until you paid the rest early); after that you receive the files and access details and take it over yourself.

If we host your site and an undisputed invoice is still unpaid 30 days after its due date, and also 14 days after our reminder, we may take the site offline until it has been paid; your domain and your email remain untouched.

7 · What we expect from each other

We each stand behind what we supply: you for your logo, texts, images and data, we for what we make or choose ourselves; if someone rightly claims rights to it, whoever supplied it bears the consequences. The legally required information on your site (company details, privacy statement, cookie policy) remains your responsibility; on request we give you a sample text. We also work with AI, for images, texts and code, and check everything ourselves; if you do not want AI images, say so at the start.

For your visitors’ data you are the controller and we are the processor: our data processing agreement (version 1) forms part of your agreement and applies from signing. Each other’s business information stays confidential, also after the end.

8 · If something goes wrong

If something goes wrong because of us, we first fix it, free of charge; if data is lost, we restore the latest backup. Beyond that the same limits apply to both of us: no compensation for consequential loss (such as lost turnover or customers), and at most the development price or, if higher, what you paid us in the 12 months before the damage. These limits do not apply to intent, fraud or gross negligence, to damage to life or health, where the law does not allow them, nor to the payment of invoices.

We do not promise a position in Google or AI assistants: they decide for themselves what they show. We are not liable when third-party services fail (hosting, domain, email, Google, social media), but we help you solve it.

9 · Stopping

Within 2 working days of signing you can cancel free of charge by email: you get your deposit or your first monthly amount back in full, and with payment in instalments we stop the automatic payment; without a deposit you have paid nothing and owe us nothing. After that you can always stop the development until go-live by email: you pay for the work done, at least 20% of the price and never more than the price, minus what you already paid, and you receive that work; a plan then does not start. If you pay in instalments, the payment in instalments simply continues after go-live (article 2).

Either of us may end the agreement if the other does not keep an important agreement and does not remedy this within 14 days of a written notice of default. If either of us cannot continue for more than 60 days because of force majeure (such as an outage at a supplier or a government measure), either of us may stop, without compensation and with settlement of what has been delivered. What was agreed on payment, ownership, liability and confidentiality continues to apply after the end.

10 · Law and final provisions

Governing law and courts: Belgian law; the courts of the judicial district of Antwerp. In case of disagreement we talk first, for at least 30 days, before either of us goes to court; this does not apply to an undisputed invoice. Your own purchasing terms do not apply. Your agreement and the data processing agreement together form our entire agreement; we agree changes by email. You can sign electronically: we both accept that signature, with its time and email address, as proof of your consent. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains in force and we replace it with the valid provision that comes closest to it. In case of a difference between the Dutch and the English text, the Dutch text prevails.

Questions about this

Email support@spacebitz.com. We would rather explain something than have you sign something you do not understand.

Data processing agreement

Version 1 · in effect since 10 October 2026

What this is about

If we build and run your site, people’s data comes in through it: whoever fills in your contact form, whoever books an appointment, whoever visits your pages. That data is yours, not ours. This agreement lays down what we may do with it and what not. It forms part of our agreement and terms and is required under Article 28 of the GDPR.

1 · Who is what

You decide which data comes in through your site and what you use it for. So you are the controller.

We build and maintain the site and the technology around it. In doing so we touch that data, but always for you and never for ourselves. So we are the processor. That is us: SpaceBitz Consultants - FZCO, a free zone company (FZCO) licensed by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (IFZA) under licence no. 93443, registered at Premises 93443-001, IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Email: support@spacebitz.com.

2 · What we process

Depending on what your site does, this covers:

The people concerned are the visitors of your site, your customers and the people who contact you. We process their data for as long as this agreement runs.

3 · Sensitive data

If you want special categories of data to come in through your site — health, religion, political opinions, criminal data, data of children — say so in advance. We then agree extra measures. Without that agreement you may not run such data through our systems.

4 · We only do what you ask

We process the data only as you instruct and as needed to deliver the service you pay us for. We never use it for ourselves, we sell it to no one and we train no AI models with it.

If we believe an instruction of yours conflicts with the law, we say so and do not carry it out until it is cleared up. If a law requires us to process something outside your instructions, we let you know in advance, unless that same law forbids it.

5 · Our people

Only those who need the data for their work have access to it. Everyone with us is bound to confidentiality, also after the collaboration has ended.

6 · How we secure it

If the risk changes, we adjust these measures. We never drop below what is stated above.

7 · Who we engage

We may engage others to do our work. Today these are:

We impose on them the same obligations we take on towards you here, and remain responsible to you for what they do. If someone is added or drops out, we notify you at least thirty days in advance. If you have a well-founded objection, we look for another solution together; if we cannot find one, you may end the part of the agreement concerned without compensation.

8 · Outside Europe

We are based in the United Arab Emirates and some suppliers in the United States. For those transfers we rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, or on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the party concerned is certified for it. You receive a copy of those safeguards on request.

9 · If someone exercises their rights

If a visitor or customer asks for access to, correction, deletion or transfer of their data, you handle that request: it is your data and you know the context. We help you: we look up what there is and carry out what you ask, within a reasonable time and without charging separately for it.

If such a request accidentally reaches us, we forward it to you and do not reply ourselves.

10 · If something goes wrong

If we detect a data breach, we notify you within forty-eight hours, with what we know at that moment: what happened, which data is concerned, how many people it affects and what we are doing about it. If we do not know everything yet, we send the rest later.

Reporting to the supervisory authority and to the people concerned is done by you, because you are the controller. We provide everything you need for that. We never report anything in your name ourselves without your agreement.

11 · If you have to demonstrate compliance

On request we provide the information with which you can demonstrate that we comply with this agreement. If you need a data protection impact assessment, or have to consult a supervisory authority in advance, we help with that.

Once a year you may have an audit carried out, and additionally whenever a supervisory authority asks for it. That happens at your expense, announced at least two weeks in advance, during working hours and without disrupting the service. Whoever carries out the audit first signs a confidentiality agreement.

12 · At the end

If our collaboration ends, we return all data to you in a usable format. After that we delete our copies, within thirty days. Backups disappear in their normal cycle. If the law requires us to keep something, we keep only that, and only for as long as required.

13 · Liability

The limits from our agreement and terms apply here too, with the same exceptions for fraud, intent and gross negligence.

If you receive a fine or a claim because you gave us an instruction that was not allowed, or because you let data come in that should not have been there, you bear it yourself. If it goes wrong through a mistake of ours, we bear it.

14 · Duration and precedence

This agreement runs for as long as we process data for you, and the provisions that still make sense afterwards remain in force. If it contradicts our agreement and terms on the point of data protection, this agreement prevails.

If the law changes, we update this text and let you know. For the rest, the same applies as in our agreement and terms: Belgian law; the courts of the judicial district of Antwerp.

15 · How you agree

This agreement forms part of our agreement and terms. When you accept the quote, you accept it too — you do not need to sign anything separately. If you would still like a signed copy for your records, email support@spacebitz.com and you will receive it.
